HoodGrow (“we”, “us”) operates the website at hoodgrow.com and its public data API. This policy covers the website and API. It does not cover Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, block explorers, wallet providers, or any third-party site we link to — each has its own privacy practices.

• Usage & device data — via analytics (below): pages viewed, referring page, approximate region, browser and device type, and similar aggregate metrics.
• Wallet address — if you connect a wallet, we process its public address to show account-linked features (e.g. Premium status, referrals). We never receive or store your private keys or seed phrase.
• API keys & payments — if you use the machine API, we store your API key and request metadata for rate limiting and billing. Pay-per-call payments use the x402 protocol (USDC on Base); on-chain payment transactions are public by nature of the blockchain.
• Cookies & local storage — used by analytics and advertising (below), and for basic site functionality such as remembering a connected session.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell your personal information.

We use Google AdSenseto display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.

• To provide account-linked features (Premium, referrals, API access) and to process payments.
• To prevent abuse — rate limiting, fraud, and security monitoring.
